Welcome to Abetour.com, a platform operated by Tiwaworks in partnership with Tawholdings, Inc.

Tiwaworks is a registered company in both Nigeria and the United States.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Abetour.com website (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Tiwaworks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Violation of these Terms may result in termination of access, cancellation of orders, forfeiture of services, and/or legal action.

1. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, including reviewing event information and purchasing tickets, tables, or bottle service for personal use.

You may not copy, reproduce, download, distribute, publish, modify, frame, deep-link, or exploit any portion of the Site without prior written consent from Tiwaworks. All content on the Site is owned by Tiwaworks and/or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

2. Disclaimer

The Site and all content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Tiwaworks makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service.

Tiwaworks is not responsible for technical issues, third-party failures, venue operations, promoter actions, or circumstances beyond its control. Use of the Site is at your own risk.

3. Ownership of Materials

All materials on this Site are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

4. Copyright Policy

Tiwaworks respects intellectual property rights and will terminate access for repeat or confirmed copyright infringement. Users are responsible for ensuring submitted content does not violate third-party rights.

5. Links and Search Results

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Tiwaworks does not control or endorse these sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

6. Prohibited Content

Users may not post, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, misleading, infringing, pornographic, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable, including content involving minors or unlawful activities.

7. Offline Conduct

Using information obtained from the Site to harass, abuse, solicit, or harm others is strictly prohibited.

8. No Commercial Use

The Site is for personal use only. Unauthorized commercial activity, resale, solicitation, or advertising is prohibited.

9. Access and Interference

Tiwaworks may terminate access, cancel orders, or deny services without notice if these Terms are violated. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12. Change of Venue

Events may be subject to venue changes. Notice will be provided via Abetour.com and official Tiwaworks social media channels. Reasonable notice constitutes sufficient notice. Venue changes do not qualify for refunds.

13. Bottle Service & Table Reservations (Arrival, No-Show, and Venue Policy)

All bottle service and table reservations purchased through Abetour.com are venue-specific and event-specific services and are subject to the rules, arrival times, and operational policies of the hosting venue and event promoter.

Guests are solely responsible for arriving on time and within the venue’s designated check-in window. Failure to arrive on time, late arrival, partial attendance, or failure to appear (“no-show”) may result in immediate forfeiture of the table and/or bottle service at the venue’s discretion.

Once the designated reservation time has passed, the venue reserves the right to release the table to other guests without notice.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or rescheduling will be issued for:

• Late arrival

• No-shows

• Missed check-in windows

• Transportation delays

• Weather conditions

• Personal circumstances

• Venue reassignment due to late arrival

Tiwaworks, Tawholdings, Inc., Abetour.com, and affiliated partners assume no responsibility or liability for lost reservations resulting from guest failure to comply with venue arrival policies.

By purchasing bottle service or table reservations, you expressly acknowledge that timely arrival is a material condition of the purchase, and failure to meet this condition does not constitute grounds for a refund, dispute, or chargeback.

14. No Refunds, Chargebacks, and Payment Disputes

All sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

By completing a purchase on Abetour.com, you authorize Tiwaworks and its payment processors (including Stripe, PayPal, and affiliated card networks) to charge your selected payment method.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for:

• No-shows or late arrival

• Failure to comply with venue policies

• Dissatisfaction with venue decisions

• Event or venue changes made with reasonable notice

• Forfeited bottle service or table reservations

Improper chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension, forfeiture of future booking privileges, and recovery of associated fees.

This clause is intended to comply with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Stripe, and PayPal dispute guidelines regarding non-refundable, time-sensitive, and no-show services.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiwaworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost enjoyment.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiwaworks, Tawholdings, Inc., their affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

17. Jurisdiction and Legal Venue

This Site is operated from Chamblee, Georgia. All disputes, chargebacks, claims, or legal actions shall be filed exclusively in the courts located in Dekalb County, Georgia.

All payment disputes, chargebacks, and lawsuits shall be filed under the jurisdiction of:

18. Acceptance of Terms

By using Abetour.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including payment processing through Tawholdings, Inc. and third-party processors.
